Hello from Egg-cellent Feathered Farm! There’s plenty happening this week—from pumpkin snacks to new arrivals and a bigger splash for the ducks. Mr. Tom is doing his thingOur gentle gobbler is keeping busy being Mr. Tom. Some things around the farm never change, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. |
Seven little laughs are joining the flockOur seven Ayam Ketwa—also known as Laughing Chickens—are ready to leave the brooder and join the flock this week. We’re looking forward to watching their personalities shine. |
Four fresh arrivalsFour newly hatched White Crested ducklings are heading into the brooder. Tiny feet, fluffy feathers, and a whole new adventure. |
Next stop: the incubatorThis week’s incubator lineup includes 12 Ayam Ketwa eggs and 12 Indio Gigante eggs, the towering chickens known for their remarkable height. We’ll share updates as things progress. |
Bigger ponds, happier paddlingThe duck pond project is underway! We’re upgrading from two 150-gallon ponds to two 300-gallon ponds—doubling the total capacity from 300 to 600 gallons. Construction is still in progress, but there’s more room for splashing on the way. |
